How Do We Make Balancing Machines?

ENGINEERING WORK

ENGINEERING WORK
The design department consists of highly qualified design engineers and technologists who develop both new models of balancing machines and custom modifications according to specific customer requirements. The design process is carried out in the Russian CAD system "Kompas".
Nearly all components for manufacturing both horizontal and vertical balancing machines, as well as sub-resonant and over-resonant machines, are produced in-house. For this purpose, we have installed all necessary equipment: blanking, welding, milling, turning, EDM, painting, and much more.

METAL STOCK WAREHOUSE

METAL STOCK WAREHOUSE
Production begins in the warehouse where the current stock of metal products for future balancing machines is stored.

BLANKING SECTION

BLANKING SECTION
In the blank production area, metal products are transformed into blanks that are sent to metal-cutting machines.

MACHINING SECTION

MACHINING SECTION
The warehouse always maintains a stock of part blanks for future machines. As needed, they are sent for machining. The machining section equipment includes milling...

MACHINING SECTION
To increase production volumes of dynamic balancing machines, a vertical milling machine is planned to be added to the equipment fleet in early 2023.

ELECTRO-EROSIVE CUTTING SECTION

ELECTRO-EROSIVE CUTTING SECTION
Manufacturing of complex and precision-shaped parts is performed on EDM (electrical discharge machining) equipment. The photo shows parts being cut for the BS-44-3000N horizontal balancing machine.

WELDING SECTION

WELDING SECTION
One of the main workshops for producing dynamic balancing machines is the welding shop, as the precision and quality of welding ultimately determines whether the balancing machine will pass quality control. Welding is performed on welding tables where large assemblies of the future balancing machine are assembled - the bed, support stands, and measuring stands.

PAINTING SECTION

PAINTING SECTION
After welding is completed, the welds of each part are cleaned and prepared for transfer to the painting shop. The photo shows the bed for the BS-44-1000H horizontal balancing machine.
PAINTING SECTION
In the painting shop, assemblies of the future balancing machine are cleaned with compressed air, degreased, and, using an overhead conveyor system, sent to the painting booth.
PAINTING SECTION
Then painting is performed with subsequent powder coating polymerization in the oven. The photo shows the painting process of the measuring stand panel for the BS-34-100N horizontal balancing machine.

FITTING AND ASSEMBLY SECTION

FITTING AND ASSEMBLY SECTION
After painting, the balancing machine assemblies are sent for fitting and assembly work. Thanks to the precisely calibrated production technology, assembly takes very little time.

ELECTRICAL WIRING SECTION

ELECTRICAL WIRING SECTION
The electrical installation section performs complete assembly and configuration of all electronic components of the future balancing machine.

TESTING

TESTING
After final assembly, the machine is sent to the finished product testing area, where all mechanical and electronic components are checked, and then tests are conducted according to GOST 20076-2007 (ISO 2953:1999), which confirm the accuracy characteristics of the dynamic balancing machine. The photo shows the BS-44-3000S horizontal over-resonance balancing machine.

FINISHED PRODUCTS WAREHOUSE

FINISHED PRODUCTS WAREHOUSE
After completing all production and testing stages, the machine is sent to the finished goods warehouse. The photo shows horizontal balancing machines: BS-34-100N, BS-44-300N, BS-44-1000N, BS-44-3000N.

MACHINE SHIPPING

MACHINE SHIPPING
The final stage is shipping the manufactured product to the customer. The photo shows the shipping process of the BS-44-3000N horizontal balancing machine with cardan drive.
