The material details the enterprise's activities, paying special attention to its modern repair facilities, specifically their electrical repair section which utilizes the BS-44-5000N sub-resonant balancing machine.
As reported in the article, the section is equipped with specialized equipment for the comprehensive repair of electrical machines and DC/AC electric motors with a power rating from 0.1 kW to 2500 kW. Among other things, the scope of work for the section includes the repair of various types of engines (including excavator DPE, DVE), synchronous electric motors SDE, power transformers, crane motors, welding equipment, and even imported electrical machines.
It is important to note that the article directly points to the use of equipment manufactured by "Robals" in the plant's technological process (in the photo below): After repair is completed, electric motors with a power exceeding 100 kW undergo mandatory armature balancing. It is for these critical operations that the sub-resonant balancing machine BS-44-5000N is installed and operational at the Ore Repair Plant.
