Commissioning of the BS-24-5N Machine in Dagestan
Robals Company has completed the commissioning of the BS-24-5N balancing machine at one of the leading machine-building enterprises in the Republic of Dagestan, which specializes in:- production of aviation and automotive equipment;
- development of control and diagnostic systems for aircraft;
- manufacturing of civilian products, including electrical components.
The BS-24-5N machine was successfully commissioned and configured for precision balancing of electric motor armatures.
Our company's specialists not only commissioned the balancing machine but also trained the plant's staff in:
- working with the R-Bal SI measurement system software, included in the state register of measuring instruments;
- methods of dynamic balancing;
- specifics of balancing electric motor armatures.
As part of the training, customer components were balanced.
