"Robals" company has a balancing division equipped with horizontal balancing machines, which specializes in high-quality dynamic balancing of various rotating bodies, such as electric motor armatures, fan impellers, turbocharger rotors (turbines), shafts and gear-shafts of mechanisms, pumps, grinders, augers, drums, agricultural machinery rotors, and many others weighing from 20 g to 1500 kg and, by special arrangement, up to 15,000 kg.

If you do not have your own balancing equipment and specialists, but face tasks of balancing individual parts or large batches of similar products, we are ready to provide qualified consultation and solve dynamic balancing tasks.

We will calculate the required balancing precision for any given rotor, the balancing tolerance in full compliance with GOST and ISO standards.

The company designs and manufactures special tooling for balancing, such as mandrels for impellers, drums, fans, pumps, electric motor armatures with recessed journals, grinders, agricultural machinery rotors, and many others.

Each balanced part is accompanied by a dynamic balancing certificate from a horizontal balancing machine, detailing the rotor name, accuracy class, geometric parameters, tolerance field, as well as the initial and final unbalance levels.

The cost and lead time for dynamic balancing are determined individually and depend on many factors, such as: the unbalance correction method, the quality of similar rotors, the mass and dimensions of the products being balanced.
