Launch and Dynamic Balancing Skills Training

When purchasing a balancing machine, we provide two types of commissioning services: an on-site visit by a commissioning engineer and remote machine startup. In both cases, training on operating the balancing machine for dynamic balancing is provided.

For remote startup of the balancing machine, a useful reference tool for the machine operator is the "Balance Guide: Multimedia Course for Preparation on Operating a Balancing Machine". The media course consists of a series of videos providing a brief description of terms used in the balancing process, describing types of rotors, causes and types of unbalance, basic correction methods, outlining safety measures when operating the machine, principles of interaction with the machine components, and describing all the functions of the software that controls the balancing machine. The program can be used to review knowledge gained during the commissioning works.

List of works performed by the commissioning engineer during commissioning:

• Inspection of the mechanical and electrical parts of the horizontal balancing machine to identify possible damage that may have occurred during transportation or installation.
• Checking the horizontal level of the balancing machine bed along the rail guides using a spirit level.
• Checking the tightness of the anchor bolts / vibration mount fasteners on the secured balancing machine bed.
• Checking the electrical power connection to the machine.
• Checking the grounding connection to the bed and the measuring stand of the dynamic balancing machine.
• Starting up the machine, checking all controls and safety systems.
• Checking the sensors and performing a test rotor balancing to verify the functionality of the balancing system.
• Training the Buyer's personnel in basic practical skills of dynamic rotor balancing and instructing on the operation of the balancing machine.
• Preparation and signing of the Commissioning Certificate.

Upon the Buyer's request, a certificate of completion of the training course on basic practical skills of dynamic rotor balancing and instruction on the operation of the balancing machine is issued.
